As an essential business, we are here to support our community. We are committed to bring you beautiful plants  and amazing veggies to grow in your garden.

We need your patience and support as we adapt to new ways of business that will keep everyone safe. 

With the safety of our staff & customers in mind, we are having customers to line-up before coming into the greenhouse to limit the number  of shoppers at any given time. This ensures everyone can practice social distancing and stay safe. 

Here's what we ask for your In-store shopping:

 

1.

Please park at the designated parking stalls and enter through the marked entrance. Disinfected carts are available to use upon your arrival.

If you are not feeling well, please stay home so we can all stay healthy. 

2.

Shopping should be limited to no more than 2 family members per party. No PETS will be allowed in the nursery, except for service dogs only.

3.

Please practice SOCIAL DISTANCING and allow at least six feet of personal space from other customers and employees. Checkout is  through our Tropical greenhouse only. NO CASH please. Only Bank card payments are accepted.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to COVID-19, we request that you carefully inspect the items & quantity you need prior to checkout as there will NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES accepted. 

GENERAL MERCHANDISE

(Produce & Grocery items are FINAL SALE)

It is our hope that you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchase at Vandula Farms. We accept returns on all non-plant products within 7 days of purchase when accompanied by an original receipt. After 7 days, we will refund your purchase with a store credit. Merchandise without an original sales receipt may qualify for an exchange only at the current retail selling price.

LIVE PLANTS

Vandula Farms can only accept returns for trees & shrubs for up to 3 months from the original dated receipt. We are not able to accept returns for Roses, Vines & other live plants.

We ask that you take extra care with your plants as they are perishable and subject to variable conditions such as weather, soil quality, watering & positioning in your garden.

Acceptance of our plant products at the time of sale is considered proof of good health & survivability. Therefore, we are not able to offer guarantee or refund with the exception of trees & shrubs.

For online orders, you will be able to inspect your plants upon pick-up at our nursery. Please also remember that plants may go through dormant periods or that leaves may fall off showing signs of stress when shifted to a different location.

Therefore, it is very important that your plants are getting the proper light, water, soil and drainage for them to stay healthy. With this in mind, please understand that we cannot accept returns & refunds once you leave the store with your plant purchase. We are more than happy to share our plant care tips for you to maximize your success in planting.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

A one-time price adjustment will be granted on full-price purchases only if an original sales receipt is presented within 14 days of purchase.
