The queen of indoor plant world is now available in desktop size!
Famous for their large, upright foliage- Bird of Paradise certainly adds a rich, tropical flair to your space as its glossy, banana-shaped leaves fan out.
-Bird of Paradise can handle light levels from direct sunlight to low indirect light. However, it will flourish in a sunny spot.
-Keep the soil moist, but not soggy during the Spring thru Fall. In the winter, allow t2 inches of soil to dry out between waterings. Bird of Paradise cannot handle 'wet feet', meaning its roots should not sit in wet soil. Best to keep your plant on the dry side.
-Your Bird of Paradise loves humidity & will appreciate occasional plant misting which also helps remove the dust from its glossy leaves.
-During the Spring & Summer, fertilize once a month with a tropical plant liquid food. No fertilizer is necessary during the winter months when plant growth naturally slows.
