Bring some fun into your space with this unique and hard to find Hoya Compacta! Nicknamed ‘living rope’, this lovely Hoya variety is certainly a better fit for those who understand the term “blessings come to patient folks.”
These plants are slow-growing, reaching their rope-like foliage inch by inch towards the light. Select a pot about 1 - 1 and a half sizes up with a drainage hole and keep it in there for 1-2 years as this Hoya enjoys its roots to be bound. With some patience, this plant’s vines will produce clusters of mesmerizing star-shaped flowers in resemblance of tortellini pasta. This plant serves to be a beautiful reminder to enjoy the journey as much as the destination!
Light: Medium - Bright Indirect Light. Will grow stronger vines in brighter light.
Water: Succulent-like leaves will store enough water so make sure to allow the soil to completely dry out before thorough watering. Let the excess water drain out.
Fertilizer: Fertilize twice a month from Spring-Summer.
Pet Friendly: Yes. This plant is non-toxic to animals.
Plant comes in a 4" Nursery pot.
