Plant Care

We ask that you take extra care with your plants as they are perishable and subject to variable conditions such as weather, soil quality, watering & positioning in your garden.

Acceptance of our plant products at the time of sale is considered proof of good health & survivability. Therefore, we are not able to offer guarantee or refund with the exception of trees and shrubs.

For online orders, you will be able to inspect your plants upon pick-up at our nursery. Please also remember that plants may go through dormant periods or that leaves may fall off showing signs of stress when shifted to a different location.

Therefore, it is very important that your plants are getting the proper light, water, soil and drainage for them to stay healthy. With this in mind, please understand that we cannot accept returns & refunds once you leave the store with your plant purchase. We are more than happy to share our plant care tips for you to maximize your success in planting.

Attention, houseplant newbies! Ponytail Palm is calling your name. This trend-setting popular houseplant is gifted with long hair-like leaves growing from the top of the bulbous trunk, out and downwards.

As surprising as it may sound, this is a succulent plant that loves to have the soil dry out significantly between waterings. They can soak up the full direct sun and be watered every other couple of weeks, ranking them to be the ideal choice for the newbies & forgetful plant parents.

Light: Bright Indirect Light. We highly recommend rotating your plant every week or so to promote a well-balanced growth all around.

Water: This plant wants to be watered every couple of weeks during warmer months. Then to about once a month during the cold season. A cool fact to keep in mind is they store some water in the base of their trunk!

Fertilize: Lightly feed once a year during the growing season if desired. This plant doesn’t need to be fertilized.
