It is our hope that you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchase. All merchandise (with the exception of live plants) can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date and sent back to our location at your expense. Product must be unused and in original packaging.
Refund will be issued immediately once we receive the returns.
Please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org for pre-authorization before sending your returns.
Merchandise without an original sales receipt will only qualify for credit or exchange for products with the same retail value.
We ask that you take extra care with your plants as they are perishable and subject to variable conditions such as weather, soil quality, watering & positioning in your garden.
Acceptance of our plant products at the time of sale is considered proof of good health & survivability. Therefore, we are not able to offer guarantee or refund with the exception of trees and shrubs.
For online orders, you will be able to inspect your plants upon pick-up at our nursery. Please also remember that plants may go through dormant periods or that leaves may fall off showing signs of stress when shifted to a different location.
Therefore, it is very important that your plants are getting the proper light, water, soil and drainage for them to stay healthy. With this in mind, please understand that we cannot accept returns & refunds once you leave the store with your plant purchase. We are more than happy to share our plant care tips for you to maximize your success in planting.
Show off your shining personality with a Satin Pothos!
Similar in its appearance to a Golden Pothos, this variegation is well known for offering a unique silver-like sheen to its heart-shaped leaves. To keep your Satin Pothos healthy grow in rich, well-drained soil and mist every few days to keep the humidity up.
Their fast-growing vines pair nicely on a high sitting shelf, on your desk, or placed by a bright window to showcase its reflective leaves.
Light: Bright, Indirect Light. Tolerates lower light levels. Although its leaf markings could fade without enough light exposer.
Water: When the top 2-3 inches of soil are very dry. Can tolerate being under-watered rather than overwatered.
Fertilize: Feed once a month through Spring-Fall.
