We make every effort to ensure that you receive the healthiest & happiest plants straight from our greenhouse. All houseplants, annuals, and vegetable plants are deemed FINAL SALE.

TREES, SHRUBS, & ROSES

Claims must be made 30 days from the date of original purchase. Weather-related damage claims will not be accepted. All plants must be accompanied with proof of purchase along with the photo if the plant is already potted on the ground. Approved claims will be issued in-store credit only.

PERENNIALS

Claims must be made 14 days from the date of original purchase. Weather-related damage claims will not be accepted. All plants must be accompanied with proof of purchase along with the photo if the plant is already potted on the ground. Approved claims will be issued in-store credit only.

HARD GOODS

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days for in-store credit only

Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

All Nursery items purchased at a discounted rate (Sale or Clearance) of 30% or more are deemed FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for further price adjustments, returns, or replacements.

ONLINE PURCHASES

Plants purchased on the Vandula Farms Online Store may be returned for refund or replacement if claims are made within 3 days from the delivery date.  Please send us an email at info@vandulafarms.com if your plants have arrived damaged or appear to be infested. Please ensure that you attach a photo of the plant when submitting a claim.

PLANT CARE

 We ask that you take extra care with your plants as they are perishable and subject to variable conditions such as weather, soil quality, watering, & placement inside your home or in the garden.

For in-store purchases, acceptance of our plant products at the time of sale is considered proof of good health & survivability. Therefore, we are not able to offer guarantee or refund claims.

Please remember that plants may go through dormant periods or that leaves may fall off, showing signs of stress when shifted to a different location.

Therefore, it is very important that your plants receive the proper light, water, drainage and potted in a suitable soil medium to ensure success of your plants' well-being.  Speak to one of our nursery team members for plant care tips to maximize your success in planting.
