Refunds & Exchanges
We make every effort to ensure that you receive the healthiest & happiest plants straight from our greenhouse.
We will handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. If you're not satisfied with your recent purchase, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days from purchase date. We ask that you include photos of the item you're returning.
Please note that it will be the customer's responsibility to bring the returns back to our store.
It is our hope that you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchase. All merchandise (with the exception of live plants) can be returned within 7 days of purchase and sent back to our store at the customer's expense. Product must be unused and in original packaging.
Refund will be issued immediately once we receive the returns.
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for pre-authorization before sending your returns.
Merchandise without an original sales receipt will only qualify for credit or exchange for products with the same retail value.
We ask that you take extra care with your plants as they are perishable and subject to variable conditions such as weather, soil quality, watering & placement in your home.
For in-store purchase, acceptance of our plant products at the time of sale is considered proof of good health & survivability. Therefore, we are not able to offer guarantee or refund with the exception of trees and shrubs.
For online orders, you will be able to inspect your plants upon pick-up at our nursery. Please also remember that plants may go through dormant periods or that leaves may fall off showing signs of stress when shifted to a different location.
Therefore, it is very important that your plants are getting the proper light, water, soil and drainage for them to stay healthy
