Now Accepting Applications for 2026 Pumpkin Patch Festival (October 17-18)
Each year, Vandula Farms brings the community together for a fun, family-focused Pumpkin Patch Festival. We love showcasing vendors who bring creativity, quality and something special for our guest to discover!
We’re looking for Vendors who offer:
- Unique, fun, and exciting products
- Handmade, locally made, or
thoughtfully curated gifts, decor or seasonal items - Baked goods, breads, specialty
foods, and sweet treats - Strong branding and pride in the
hard work behind your business - An active social media presence
- A friendly, passionate and informative attitude!

Please fill out our Vendor Application Form below so we can get to know you, what you offer, and all the things in between! Please note that a $50 deposit is required to secure your vendor spot upon acceptance.

FAQ's - Vendor Information
Step 1: Fill out the Vendor Application form on this page. We review all applications and will be in touch with you regardless of whether your application gets approved or not.
Step 2: Once you have been selected to participate, you will receive an email notification that includes a link to pay vendor fee of $35 to secure your spot.
Yes, we charge a $50 fee for a 6 ft or 8ft table space at our pop-up market.
Vendors must bring their own tables and chairs.
Payment must be made within 3 business days upon application approval to secure your spot. Refunds are available up to 14 days before the event. No refunds or credits will be issued after this date.
Our Market Pop-up will only be held on Saturday, October 17 from 10am - 4pm
Refunds will only be issued with written notice submitted by Friday, October 3rd.
No refund or credit will be issued after this date.
We are looking for makers who are eager to grow their brand and gain exposure at our market. Vendors are selected based on the uniqueness of their products, active social media presence, booth presentation, and friendly rapport with the audience.
We love working with vendors who demonstrate:
- Prompt communication
- Active social media promotion
- Positive attitude and adherence to our vendor policies.
Yes, our Market Pop-up will take place inside our covered greenhouse.
